Purpose of Amendment
 

The purpose of this Amendment is to make the following changes:

1. Delete specific ICNs from the requirement package.
2. Revise Production Completion Date (PCD) for following ICN.
3. Page 3: Amend Section B to adjust the number of bundled ICNs for CLIN0001 and update the growth CLIN percentage for CLIN0002
4. Page 36: Amend Section J to revise Attachment (1) and (2)

Amendment Details

a. Solicitation N6264926R0011, issued on 05/29/2026, is hereby amended as follows:

1. The following ICNs are deleted in their entirety from the requirement package:

• No. 39. 38E9323325R_00_A01

2. The Production Completion Date (PCD) for the following ICNs (38) have been revised.

Please refer to the Revised Specification (SPEC), including the revised cover sheet, via DoD SAFE for complete details.

A separate email containing DoD SAFE access instructions will be sent directly to vendors who previously expressed interest in this solicitation.

Please note that the SPEC numbering is now updated due to a requirement change (from 54 ICNs to 52 ICNs).

CLIN0002:

Delete:

The growth CLIN percentage is revised to read as follows: "The growth CLIN amount represents 16.27% of the total proposed cost for CLIN00001."

Replace with:

The growth CLIN percentage is revised to read as follows: "The growth CLIN amount represents 16.21% of the total proposed cost for CLIN00001."
