Paint Booth Filters

AMENDMENT 1 - Made to incorporate revised description along with Questions and answers in the "Revised Desc_QuestionsAnswers" document in the attachments provided.

Cannon AFB, NM requires a four-stage, EPA Method 319 (NESHAP) compliant paint booth exhaust filtration system for its Corrosion Control Facility to meet environmental air permit standards during painting operations.

CLIN 0001 (Stage 1 Prefilter Blanket)
• Quantity: 15 Each (EA)
• Description: Polyester prefilter blanket. Dimensions: 102" x 90". Thickness: 1–2 inches. Must be Dual Denier (DD) or PPA media (DD309 or DD509 series).

CLIN 0002 (Stage 2 Exhaust Pads)
• Quantity: 45 Cases (CS) (packaged 20 per case; 900 filters total to fill 896 active slots)
• Description: Method 319 Compliant Exhaust Pads. Dimensions: 24" x 24". Must feature a tacky or multi-layered exhaust filter panel (MEPT) design.

CLIN 0003 (Stage 3 6-Pocket Bag)
• Quantity: 150 Cases (CS) (packaged 6 per case; 900 filters total to fill 896 active slots)
• Description: Method 319 / NESHAP compliant 6-Pocket Bag Filters. Dimensions: 24" x 24" with a 12-inch pocket depth.

CLIN 0004 (Stage 4 Poly-Carbon Cube)
• Quantity: 150 Cases (CS) (packaged 6 per case; 900 filters total to fill 896 active slots)
• Description: Pocket Poly-Carbon Cube Filters. Dimensions: 24" x 24" x 24" (24-inch depth).
