Shipping from outside the US:

If shipping from outside the US, quotations must include all DAP (door-to-door) shipping related costs.  Vendors are encouraged to make use of our preferred agent – Zieglar South Africa.

The successful bidder will be provided with a Certificate A for local customs duties and taxes exemption.

U.S Government Payment terms:

Note that NO DEPOSIT/UPFRONT payments will be authorized.

The US Embassy issues only fixed priced contracts; therefore, provision must be made for fluctuations in price, or exchange rates, in the quoted price.  Changes in price caused by the exchange rate, will not be entertained after the order has been placed. 

Available Payment methods:

EFT – Payment will be made within 30 calendar days after delivery of goods and/or services AND receipt of invoice, whichever is later.

Kindly be advised that as a Diplomatic Mission we represent the U.S. Government and are unable to sign any legal documents, including credit applications and T’s & C’s.  By submitting your company profile, you agree to waive any such requirement.
