2026 Offutt AFB (NE) Air Show - Hotel Rooms

Requirement Descrition: The 55th Contracting Squadron requires services to provide hotel rooms in support of the 2026 Offutt Air Force Base "Defenders of Freedom Air and Space Show. The event will be held at Offutt AFB, NE on August 8th and August 9th, 2026. The following quantities are required:

• 5 Non-Smoking Hotel Rooms – No Type Specified
  • Check In: 5 Aug 2026; Check Out: 10 Aug 2026 (5 Nights per Room)
• 28 Non-Smoking Hotel Rooms – No Type Specified
  • Check In: 6 Aug 2026; Check Out: 10 Aug 2026 (4 Nights per Room)
• 32 Non-Smoking Hotel Rooms – Double Queens
  • Check In: 6 Aug 2026; Check Out: 10 Aug 2026 (4 Nights per Room)
• 8 Non-Smoking Hotel Rooms – Double Queens
  • Check In: 7 Aug 2026; Check Out: 9 Aug 2026 (2 Nights per Room)

The resulting contract will contain two option CLINs at an additional five rooms each, which can be exercised as mission requirments allow. The hotel where rooms are located shall be in accordance with the Statement of Work.

Questions: Contractor questions are due to the contracting office no later than 11:00 AM CDT on 8 July 2026. Answers to these questions will be posted here once they are made available. All questions submitted prior to the deadline will be sent for answers. Questions received after the stated dealine are not guaranteed to be answered.

Submission of Quotes: Quotes and technical documents are due to the contracting office no later than 11:00 AM CDT on 15 July 2026. To ensure the contracting office receives, please submit your offers via email using the Notice ID in the subject line. Offerors are responsible for requesting receipt of reception.
