Preventive Maintenance for STERIS Small Steam Sterilizers and Single-Chamber Washer/Disinfectors

The purpose of Amendment HT940626QE0600003 is to:
(1) Extend the offer Due Date and Local Time for Combined Synopsis/Solicitation HT940626QE060 to 10:00 a.m., Eastern Time, to 25 September 2026.

(2) Extend the deadline for submitting questions, as follows:

All questions must be submitted in writing via email NO LATER THAN 10:00 A.M., Eastern Time, 23 September 2026. (3) Due to a system error which resulted in Amendment #0002 not being viewable by potential offerors in SAM.gov. Amendment #0003 publicizes responses to questions submitted prior to the original solicitation closing date of 17 August 2026. Responses to questions submitted are provided in Attachment 1: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation HT9406QE060.

(4) Amendment #0003 modifies the Government's response to Question 1 (Q1), Answer 1 (A1) is hereby superseded in its entirety as detailed in Attachment 1: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation HT940626QE060. This acquisition is UNRESTRICTED. All responsible offerors may submit a quotation.

The purpose of Amendment HT940626QE0600002 is to (1) extend the Offer Due Date and Local Time for Combined Synopsis / Solicitation # HT940626QE060 to 10:00 A.M., Eastern Standard Time, 17 August 2026; (2) provide the answers to vendor questions submitted in response to Combined Synopsis /  Solicitation # HT940626QE060.  Reference Amendment HT940626QE0600002 for additional details.

The purpose of Amendment HT940626QE0600001 is to (1) revise the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation, Section L - Instructions, Conditions, & Notices to Offerors or Quoters, for Combined Synoposis/Solicitation # HT940626QE060, and (2) Correct the deadline for submitting questions.  Reference Amendment HT940626QE0600001 for additional details.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code: 811210, with a small business size standard of $34.0M.  This requirement is solicited open market as a 100% set-aside; all qualified Offeror(s) are encouraged to submit a quotation.

The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA), Healthcare Contracting Division - Southeast (HCD-Southeast), on behalf of the 6th Medical Group (MDG), MacDill Air Force Base (AFB), Florida, has a requirement for preventive maintenance on the Government-owned designated medical equipment - Two (2) STERIS AMSCO 400S Small Steam Sterilizers and 2 STERIS AMSCO 2532 Single-Chamber Washer/Disinfectors – located at the 6th MDG, Dental Facility, MacDill AFB.  Reference the Performance Work Statement (PWS), section 7.1., for a full list of the Government-owned medical equipment.

The Contractor shall provide preventive maintenance, to include corrective maintenance (CM), calibration, diagnostics, installation of replacement parts, and other actions taken to return the equipment to original manufacturers specifications following a failure, damage, or other incident that causes the equipment to no longer perform within the original specifications. 

The contractor must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer’s (OEM) certified service provider.  Preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance, to include all periodic planned maintenance and unscheduled repair, on the medical equipment must be in accordance with OEM specifications and in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
