COTS ARC RATED CLOTHING

The Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory (PPPL) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to identify qualified sources and capability statements from providers capable of supplying Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Arc Rated Clothing.

PPPL anticipates a five-year contract structured as a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a one (1) year base period and four (4) consecutive one-year option periods for renewal which is anticipated to start on October 1, 2026. Additionally, PPPL is seeking information regarding suppliers who can support an integrated punchout ordering procedure to streamline procurement.
