10 Sep 2026;  (Amendment 2)  For clarification, DBIDS is not required at time of proposal submittal.  Upon award, the successful offeror will be informed on POC's to arrange access.  See updated PWS and Solicitation SF 1449.  Proposal due date has been extended to 16 Sep 2026.

01 Sept 2026;  (Amendment 1)  Revised PWS, Questions and Answers, On-Demand Pricing spreadsheet added, and Rev Past Performance added.  All submissions shall be based on and submitted on Amend 1 documents.

Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC), Patuxent River, and Joint Base Andrews (JBA) has a requirement for Courier laboratory specimens delivery services.  Please see attaches documents for detail of the requirement.
