The Defense Logistics Agency-Aberdeen, on behalf of the Army Integrated Logistics Supply Center (ILSC), intends to acquire parts to support the Electric Power Plant (EPP) III.  The EPP III is the main electric power source for the PATRIOT Missile Defense System, and the selected parts have been identified for maintenance and sustainment purposes. The parts consist of various cables, conduits, and a reel on which minor cabling sits to where the cabling resides. These cables are used between the Power Distribution Unit to the Generator Sets. These items are manufactured for military use only and are not commercial therefore, FAR part 15 will apply to this solicitation. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with a Brand Name Justification under the authority of 16.505(a)(4). This acquisition will not be set aside for small businesses. Vincorion LLC CAGE: 1VD61, is the original equipment manufacturer. The Government does own and have rights to the complete technical data package for release.
