Mondeaux Floor Refinishing

This is a solicitation for commercial construction prepared in accordance with RFO Parts 12 & 36. 

Solicitation number 12445526Q0121 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the sanding, repair, and re-finishing of the existing maple flooring at the Mondeaux Lodge.  

This acquisition  is set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238330 Flooring Contractors.  The small business size standard is $19,000,000.00.  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
