The prime contractor and any subcontractors  must be designated as a small businesses under NAICS Code 238390 Other Building Finishing Contractors on Sam.gov in order to participate in this solicitation. $19 million in average annual reciepts is the size standard for NAICS Code 238390 All requested information is due September 18, 2026 5pm EDT.
