Amendment 0001 5/5/2026: Attachment 2 - SOW - Culverts has been amended to add section C-3.1: Unloading by the
vendor will be required with vendor provided equipment. In addition the requirement has
been extended for closing for solicitation quotes until * May 2026 1500hrs MST.
