Efforts will include, at a minimum, the demolition of legacy one-story structures and outbuildings, the 2-mile-long linear dipole array antenna, as well as the removal of all other ancillary site infrastructure. The demolition scope must include deconstruction or sustainable demolition where high-value materials, through an “exchange process,” are disposed of as salvage for the demolition work with most of all the other non-salvageable materials being recycled verses traditionally landfilled. The Government will define the end state in the solicitation and request vendors to describe what end state conditions are standard. This Sources Sought Announcement is issued solely for informational and planning purposes only and is not a solicitation.
