Notice to Intent- ARCGIS

The Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Division D, APG, MD 21005 intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price (FFP) contract utilizing Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services under Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) FAR 12.102, Restricting Competition. The Government intends to award a sole source contract to Environmental Systems Research Institute, INC (ESRI) 380 New York St, Redlands, CA 82373 CAGE Code: 0AMS3.

The procurement is in support of Communications-Electronics Command Security Assistance Management directorate (CECOM SAMD) under Foreign Military Sales Case ZB-B-VCD. ESRI is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of ArcGIS products and the only source authorized to complete the required training.

Responsible parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement, no later than 17 August 2026 4:00PM EST.
