NOI to Sole Source Folsom Hotel Corporation, Inc for DSO Training Event Spaces in Phoenix, Arizona

This is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract in accordance with the procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and Part 13.

Description of Requirement:

Defense Services Organization (DSO), Judge Advocate Division (JAD) has a requirement for a conference space with break-out rooms and audio/visual accommodations for the DSO Worldwide Training event to be held in Phoenix, Arizona from 13-18 September 2026 . These spaces and services must be within walking distance of the Doubletree Suites by Hilton Phoenix. See attached sole source determination document for a more complete description of the requirement.

The Government intends to award this contract on a sole-source basis to:

Folsom Hotel Corporation, Inc. 

Phoenix, AZ 

Capability Statement Submission:

All interested and responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which the agency will consider. The submission should demonstrate the vendor's ability to provide conference rooms and services within walking distance of the Doubletree Suites by Hilton Phoenix on the required dates.
