AMENDMENT 2 (28 Apr 26)

This amendment is to provide an updated Pricing Sheet adding CLINs 0003, 1003, 2003, 3003, 4003 and 5003 to capture work above forty (40) hours per week.

The above CLINs were provided in a previously amended pricing sheet (dated 14 Apr 26) to capture work hours above forty (40) in response to previous Q&As.

The due date for offers has been updated to 1 May 2026 10:00 am JST (30 April 2026 21:00 EDT).

This is an official solicitation, FA520526R0005, for Construction Projects Escorts at Misawa AB, Japan.  See attachments for additonal information.  

Misawa AB, Japan is in need of Construction Escorts who are U.S. Citizens and hold a TIER 1 Investigation Clearance to monitor local nationals working on upcming construction projects.  This need is expected to begin June 2026 and projected to extend through FY31.

This will be a firm-fixed price IDIQ, base plus four (4) option year contract. The proposed pricing shall be fully burdened. 

This requirement is subject to the requirements of CIAR.
