It has been determined to be in the best interest of the Government to amend Solicitation SPRRA2-26-R-0053 and to answer submitted questions on the drawings and TDPLs. Solicitation SPRRA2-26-R-0053 has been amended in the following particulars and in no others.

1) Question: Clarify in the parts list for PN MIL-PRF-572-TYPE-P-AA-FORM-Y the following details: denier, color, whether it is bonded or unbonded, number of ends, and package type (cardboard tube or plastic ratchet bobbin).

Response: The questions can be answered by reading the MIL spec, MIL-PRF-572, revH AM1. Color. Unless otherwise specified in the contract or purchase order (see 6.2), the material shall be furnished in natural color.

5.1 Packaging. For acquisition purposes, the packaging requirements shall be as specified in the contract or order (see 6.2).

2) The Solicitation closing date and time HAS been extended. The Solicitation shall close at 4:00 PM Central time on Friday July 17,
2026.

3) All other terms and conditions remain unchanged for SPRRA2-26-R-0053.
