Program Management Support Services Bridge 4

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.

The Defense Health Agency, Professional Services Contracting Division (PS-CD), Falls Church, VA intends to award a three (3) month follow-on bridge with three (3) 3-month option periods contract to Deloitte Consulting, LLP to continue providing program managment support services to the Assistant Director for Health Care Administration & Operations, Portfolio Acquisition Executive for Medical Digital Solutions, and J6 Risk Management Executive Division.

This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.  Responses shall be submitted to the listed points of contacts by 10:00AM, Eastern, 12 October 2026. Telephone responses and requests will not be accepted.  A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
