Procurement of APX N70 Radios and Equipment

All quotes need to be submitted electronically to the Point of Contact identified in Contract Opportunities combined synopsis/solicitation announcement.  All quotes need to be submitted no later than August 5, 2026, at 10:00am.  All the information and specifications are in the attachments. 

Please provide price, DUNS number, quote expiration date and best delivery schedule.

 All sub missioners are responsible for submitting at the time specified above.

NO EXTRA TIME WILL BE GIVEN.

 An offer received after the time specified is late and will not be considered.

All must be registered in SAM at https://www.sam.gov to be considered for award.

Far 52.222-90 clause is for commercial products and commercial service, for which the place of delivery or performance is in the United States.
