his is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services to repair and maintain electronic security systems at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton and designated Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton medical-clinic locations, California. This requirement is a 100 percent Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 561621 and PSC J059. Offers are due no later than 2:00 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time on September 24, 2026.

Required services include contractor-furnished labor, parts, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, preventive maintenance, repairs, system updates, testing, and emergent service calls for:

• Closed-circuit television and video-management systems

• Access-control and intrusion-detection systems

• Duress, infant-protection, behavioral-health, and Code Blue/Stentofon alarm systems

• Gates, barrier arms, and associated network connectivity

• Quarterly preventive-maintenance visits and corrective maintenance across the base and option periods

• Required technical qualifications, applicable California licenses, recent relevant past performance, and firm-fixed-price CLIN pricing

The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to the responsible small-business quoter whose quotation is most advantageous, considering technical capability, past performance, and price.
