Solicitation number N0040626Q0024 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Seat Valves.

This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This requirement is SOLE SOURCE to CIRCOR NAVAL SOLUTIONS LLC due to their proprietary information and drawings for the Main Reduction Gear sleeve bearings. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency in determining whether to compete this requirement.

Evaluation: The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, represents the best value to the Government, price, delivery, technical acceptability, and past performance, considered in no particular order.
