SOURCES SOUGHT - Mattresses

This is a SOURCES SOUGHT from the 140th Wing at Buckley Space Force Base in Colorado to request information for market research and planning purposes. This announcement is NOT a solicitation and does not constitute a request for quotes, proposals, or bids. The purpose of this sources sought is to identify and collect information on potential sources with the capability of providing a mattress. Please review the salient characteristics for specifi­cations on this item. Responses to this an­nouncement will be used by the Government for acquisition planning and decision making. 

The Government is seeking to gain knowl­edge of interest, capabilities, and qualifica­tions of both small and large businesses. The following is requested from interested companies 

1. Company information including name, Unique Entity Identification (UEI), and point(s) of contact with telephone number and e-mail address.

2. Please indicate whether your company can provide mattresses that meet the listed specifications. If not, please provide information on the closest comparable product you offer and identify how it differs from the stated requirements. Provide the Manufacturing Part#, National Stock Number, along with the name/description of the product and salient characteristics. Please provide brochures / descriptive liter­ature commonly provided to the general public if possible.

3. If what you can provide is available through a pre-price contract vehicle such as GSA, Fedmall, or NASA-SEWP, please provide that information.

4. Based on the description and delivery information provided above, identify any aspects that are unclear or that prevent a clear understanding of the U.S. Government’s requirements(if applicable).
