This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.  Instructions to offerors, evaluation criteria, and all applicable FAR Provisions and Clauses are attached.

The solicitation number is 70Z03326Q31190045 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

The contract will be awarded based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, Technical Capabilities, Past Performance and Price.

Description of Requirement: Repair Stairs at 985 ALAMEDA AVE, Astoria OR 97103. Anticipated period of performance 15JUNE2026- 27JULY2026 subject to change after award.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC# 2026-01 Effective Date 03/13/2026, HSAR 12/26/2024, HSAM October 2009, CGAP 03/25/2026. The Davis Bacon Act WD # OR20260003 Modification# 0.

Instructions to offerors, evaluation criteria, and all applicable FAR Provisions and Clauses are attached.

This acquisition is set-aside 100% for SMALL BUSINESS.

The associated NAICS code is 321918.

Size standards in number of employees 500.

Description/Statement of Work/Specification: Please refer to attachment – Statement of Work.

A site visit will be mandatory for all interested offerors. All interested offerors must arrive no later than five minutes prior to their RSVP'd start time.  Each offeror is required to visit the site to provide the government with an accurate and competitive offer.
