However, the risk is that if the AT&T cellular network fails for any reason, the devices would not work. The devices in this SSASy will provide emergency satellite backlink to the FirstNet network, restoring signal for the identified facilities in less than 20min ensuring near immediate restoration to communications during emergency outages.
