Justification to award Sole Source RS Means Annual Subscription Online

Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, CA. hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to The Gordian Group Inc. DBA RS Means Company LLC, 5L556 under the authority of FAR 13.106(b)(1) Soliciting from a single source. Attatched is the determination that only one source is reasonably available for a FAR part 13 acquisition under the simplified acquisition threshold.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

This requirement is to provide Annual Subscription to RS Means Online to include; online access to RS Means Cost Estimating Software, online access to support 5 user accounts and online access to the full RS Means library. Period of Performance: April 27,2026 to April 26,2027.

Interested firms may submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. Responses must be received via email no later that April 17,2026.
