GAOA SOUTH PRYOR ROADS
The Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Montana State Office is soliciting proposals for re¿establishing the roadway¿s typical section, grade, drainage, and structural integrity across approximately 13 miles of Gyp Springs and Helt Roads in Carbon County, Montana. Work includes grading, excavation, embankment construction, crushed aggregate surfacing, erosion control, seeding, and topsoil placement, all performed according to detailed federal specifications and oversight requirements. The project¿s overall goal is to restore safe, functional, and durable road conditions while protecting surrounding natural and cultural resources. This project is located in Carbon County, Montana.

SITE VISIT: The Government strongly urges offerors to inspect the site to gain a better understanding of the work requirements and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of performance. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after award.

METHOD OF PROCUREMENT: This procurement is set-aside for Small Business Concerns and is a
construction acquisition, pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 15, Part 19 and Part 36.
SAM: Effective November 12, 2024, any contractor interested in doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) when submitting an offer or quotation and at time of award.
