Sources Sought -Secure Data Services_Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center (ZCCHC)

The Albuquerque Area Office (AAO), Indian Health Service (IHS), is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) notice for informational and planning purposes only. This notice shall not be construed as a solicitation, obligation, or commitment by the Government. This notice is intended strictly for market research to determine if requirements can be met through a 100% Set-Aside for Small Business concerns.

Purpose: The purpose of this notice is to identify qualified sources and their size classifications/socioeconomic status. This is a Request for Information (RFI) only. It is not a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations.

Requirements:

• NAICS Code: 518210
• NAICS Description: Computing Infrastructure Providers, Data Processing, Web Hosting, and Related Services

(Similar NAICS code will be considered. The Government welcomes industry feedback regarding the proposed NAICS code and PSC to ensure they accurately reflect the principal purpose of the requirement.

• Location: Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center (ZCCHC) in Zuni, New Mexico
• The anticipated ordering period is one (1) base period with four (4) option one-year option periods.
• Requirement. The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service (IHS), Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center, is conducting market research to identify qualified vendors capable of providing secure electronic healthcare claims clearinghouse services. The anticipated requirement includes secure transmission and receipt of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance claims and electronic remittance transactions, technical support, system maintenance, and secure connectivity with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and other authorized payers

• Experience providing healthcare claims clearinghouse services.
• Experience supporting Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial claims processing.
• Experience with HIPAA-compliant electronic data interchange (EDI) transactions.
• Experience supporting Federal, Tribal, or healthcare organizations.
• Technical support capabilities.
• Relevant past performance.

3. Socioeconomic Status
   • Identify whether your business qualifies as:
     • Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE)
     • Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB)
     • Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB)
     • Other Small Business categories
4. Capability Statement
   • Provide a capability statement, product brochure, or relevant performance information demonstrating your ability to provide the required services.
   • Identify whether your company is an authorized distributor, authorized reseller, or manufacturer for any of the products identified in the attached dental supply list, if applicable.
5. Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE)/ISBEE Representation: Indicate whether your firm does or does not meet the definition of an Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) under the Buy Indian Act.
   • Complete and submit the Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) representation form.
