Q301--Histology Block and Slide Processing Laboratory Services

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, has a requirement for histology tissue block and slide processing laboratory services to and from Sacramento VA Medical Center. 

Please carefully read the Addendum to RFO 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items and VAAR 852.273-73 Evaluation - Health Care Resources to ensure quotes submitted are complete and conforming to the solicitation's requirements. Non-conforming quotes may not be considered.

The Government intends to award a Single Award Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract as a result of this solicitation.

• Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at SAM.gov to be eligible for award. 
• Vendors are responsible for checking SAM.gov for any amendments and must sign and acknowledge all amendments to the solicitation.
