PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE BRAND NAME - NMIS BioDose Software and Support Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) intends to award a Brand Name only, firm fixed price contract for NMIS BioDose Software and Support. The procurement is being competed as a Small Business Set- Aside under FAR Part 12-102: Brand Name Only and will result in a purchase order for NMIS BioDose Software supporting VA Central California Health Care System. The solicitation for this action will be posted to SAM.gov, and all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
