SPECIAL NOTICE: The Department of Homeland Security

SPECIAL NOTICE: The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Coast Guard, Operational Logistics Command (LOG-94) intends to award one (1) sole source purchase order on a basis of other than full and open competition (under FAR authority 6.302) to International Automated Systems for an IAS MACH-A1-MIL, Part Number MACH-1A1M, for Coast Guard PSU 311 for a heavy-duty 6x4 diesel vehicle will serve as a highly mobile utility platform per Scope of Work (SOW) that includes the following:

1. (1)  IAS MACH-A1-MIL, Part Number MACH-1A1M,

The contract period of performance is: 9/28/2026

The contractor will provide all services per SOW. This purchase will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with: Federal Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold of $250,000.

This sole source is pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) implemented by the FAR Subpart 6.302-1 entitled “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements”.

The NAICS Code for this procurement is 441227 - Motorcycle, ATV, and All Other Motor Vehicle Dealers. The PSC for this procurement is 2340 Motorcycles, Motor Scooters, and Bicycles. The procurement type will be a firm-fixed price.
