Go south along Johnson Rd to Western Ave to Jetport Plaza Rd
Go east to Westbrook St
Follow Westbrook St south to I-295
Follow I-295 west to Payne Rd
Go north on Payne Rd to Cummings Rd to Gannett Dr
Follow Gannett Dr west and then east back to Cummings Rd
Go north along Cummings Rd to Spring St to Rte 22
Follow Rte 22 east to Congress St to Unum Park Dr
Go north on Unum Park Dr and then south to Jetport Access Rd
End at the intersection of Congress St and International Pkwy.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). • Common Area Factor for offered space
• Owner’s name and address
• Written statement from the owner that the representative has legal authority to provide information on the property
