T-38 Wingtips

This is an official solicitation notice for the purchase of T-38 wingtips. This is being solicited as a sole source to the original manufacturer, Northrop Grumman Corporation Systems Corporation (CAGE CODE: 79U29), using the authority of FAR 6.103-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. See the attached J&A included in the solicitation for the justification of a sole source. Foreign participation is not allowed for this solicitation.

1. Requirement Description:

CLIN 0001, NSN: 1560-01-527-2194 XE, Left Hand Wingtip, Qty 66 EA

CLIN 0002, NSN: 1560-01-527-2195 XE, Right Hand Wingtip, Qty 64 EA

All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the agency. The DAF anticipates the award within 90 days from the solicitation closing date.
