JPMRC 27-01 Oahu/PTA NTV Rentals

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) Solicitation for Joint Pacific Multinational Readiness Center (JPMRC 27-01). 

The service period of performance (POP) will be from 10 October 2026 to 25 November 2026.

The Government requires commercial Non-Tactical Vehicle (NTV) rental services in support of the Joint Pacific Multinational Readiness Center (JPMRC) 27-01 exercise conducted in and around Oahu and the Pohakuloa Training Area (PTA), Hawaii. This procurement is a competitive requirement. 

Deadlines:

Questions due: No later than 3:00 PM HST, 24 September 2026. Questions submitted after the suspense date may not receive a response.

Quotes due: No later than 3:00 PM HST, 27  September 2026.

Delivery Instructions: The digitally signed solicitation, quotation (Price shall be all inclusive), and technical specifications must be submitted in one email including any or all labeled attachments. The email shall be titled as follows:

Once questions are received, we will provide answers in this solicitation for all interested parties. This is only an RFQ. The government may cancel this solicitation at any time at no cost to the government.
