Include fireproof mattress certification information from the Questions and Answers documents in the document "Attachment 1 Technical Specifications 1427 Amendment 2".  Addition of Attachment 4 - CONTRACTOR ASSERTION - ANTHROPIC, PBC PRODUCTS OR SERVICES for the Offeror to fill, sign and submit with the offer.

AMENDMENT #1:

The purpose of this amendment is to add unit quantity to CLIN #10 (Fireproof Mattress) on Attachment 1 – Technical Specification 1427 

The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, parts, and transportation for supply, delivery, removal and disposal of current, and installation and assembly of new bedroom furniture for 102 rooms of Dorms Facilities, bldg. 1427 at Aviano Air Base, Italy.
