This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, as revised by the Department of Justice implementation of the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns.

The contemplated award is a hybrid Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) and Time-and-Materials (T&M) purchase order.
