Non-Emergent Wheelchair Transport Services

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 16, plans to request proposals for Non-Emergent Wheelchair Transport Services for the Michael E. DeBakey Medical Center (MEDVAMC) and all surrounding Community Base Outpatient Centers (CBOC) along with several other locations in other states. The solicitation being considered is a firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract with a five-year ordering period. The relevant NAICS code is 485991, Special Needs Transportation. This solicitation will be issued on a Set-aside basis to SDVOSB, with an anticipated release date of around June 30, 2026.

The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, and supervision to perform these services.
