The PWS states that the contractor is to jet lines from the Interceptor/Trap to the source inside the building for Buildings 1, 38, and 100. Please identify the specific lines to be jetted. Are these the kitchen drain lines leading to each grease interceptor, lift-station lines, or other piping? Please also provide the estimated linear footage for each building.
Answer: There are various styles of piping throughout JAHVH campus. Building 1 to grease interceptor is roughly 75ft. Building 38 to pump is roughly 200 ft. due to hose length and must be clean as this will be exposed throughout the building. Building 100 grease interceptors require confined entry and cleaning due to baffle system.
Please provide any available site maps, as-built drawings, or line diagrams identifying the locations, routes, pipe diameters, pipe materials, cleanouts, manholes, and other access points for the grease, sanitary, and stormwater lines.
Answer: Only available mapping we are able to retrieve are the Sanitary and Storm Sewers Sitemaps (Please see Attachment 3 Site-Map Sanitary and Storm Sewers).
For the 1,000 linear feet of stormwater lines and 3,000 linear feet of sanitary lines, please identify the specific sections or locations included. Does scope, clean, and maintain require CCTV inspection both before and after cleaning, and is a recorded video or written inspection report required?

Please clarify the quarterly routine services required for the eight lift stations. Does the service include wet-well pumping and cleaning, jetting of connected piping, pump inspection, float testing, control-panel inspection, electrical testing, and removal and disposal of accumulated waste?
Answer: Yes, while conducting routine services on the 8 lift stations, all required personnel are to be on site when conducting routine maintenance on the lift stations (pumping/service technicians/etc.).
Please clarify whether repair parts, replacement components, disposal costs, and corrective repairs identified during scheduled maintenance are included in the firm-fixed unit prices or are to be separately authorized and compensated. For the twenty emergency-service calls, please also identify the expected pricing basis and whether each call is to include labor, equipment, travel, parts, pumping, and disposal.
Answer: Yes, repair parts/components, disposal costs, and corrective repairs identified during a routine service are included in the firm-fixed price as this is to maintain OEM/Industry standards. Regarding Emergency/after hour calls, it is to include labor, equipment, travel, parts, pumping, jetting (up to 3000 linear ft.), and disposal of items as described in the PWS.
We are reviewing the Performance Work Statement and noted the requirement for contractors to arrive onsite within two (2) business hours of the original emergency service call. For planning purposes, can you please clarify whether offerors should demonstrate how they will consistently meet the required onsite response time throughout the contract period, particularly for emergency and after-hours service calls?
Answer: Yes, when dispatched an Emergency/after hour call, the Contractor need to arrive on-site withing two (2) hours due to patient care and environmental safety regulations. Demonstrations include live updates between dispatchers and JAHVH staff members when they are in-route to JAHVH, along with any additional personnel to address the emergency request.
