Concrete Jersey Passive Barriers

Amendment 0001

The purpose of this amendment is to;

A) Update the NAICS from 423390 to 238120.

B) Update the small business size standard from 100 Employees to $19M.

C) Insert Clause 52.232-18 Availability of Funds.

D) Update Section L Instruction to Offerors with the following, "Funds are presently not available for this requirement. No award shall be made without funds available. The Contracting Officer retains the right cancel the solicitation in the event funds are not readily available."

All other terms and conditions remain the same.

The contractor shall provide Concrete Jersey Passive Barriers IAW the attached Jersey Barrier Salient Characteristics & Solicitation FA481926Q0103 documents.

The contractor shall provide the following to include;

1. Quote IAW solicitation and supporting documents

2. Representation and and Certifications 

3. Product Specifications Sheet

4. Capabilities Statement
