Missouri National Guard Yellow Ribbon Event September 2026

Description
The Missouri Army National Guard (MOARNG) is issuing this pre-solicitation notice to inform industry of an upcoming requirement for Lodging, Meeting Space, and Meals. This procurement will be conducted in accordance with the procedures outlined in RFO 12.201-1(c)(2).

Please be advised that this notice is published solely to inform industry of the Government’s intent to solicit quotations directly from lodging and meeting space venues in the Kansas City Area for a schedule Yellow Ribbon event in September 2026. The Government does not intend to post a formal solicitation notice on SAM.gov for coordinators or brokers to quote.

In accordance with RFO 12.201-1(c)(2), for acquisitions at or below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT), the Contracting Officer is electing to solicit quotations directly from suppliers. By posting this pre-solicitation notice, the Government is fulfilling the requirement to post a presolicitation notice on the GPE according to subpart 5.1.
