Offerors shall submit Attachment B - Offer Data Sheet, answer the two (2) questions and include the following with each item offered:

• Certificate of Analysis (COA) / Certificate of Quality (COQ)
• Commitment Letter from the Supplier

Questions:   For planning purposes:

(1)          Where is the barge sourcing F76/JP5? 

(2)          After the contract is awarded, how soon can the barge start issuing fuel?
