This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Recycling Services at Fairchild AFB. See the attached RFQ and attachments for more details.

Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this Amendment is to: provide a copy of the site visit MFR/Sign in Sheet.

Amendment 0002 - The purpose of this Amendment is to provide responses to questions submitted by prospective contractors, to revise the Performance Work Statement, and to extend the RFQ due date/time. See attachments for more details.

Amendment 0003 - The purpose of this Amendment is to update the Past Performance Questionnaire's due date/time. See attachments for more details.

Amendment 0004 - The purpose of this Amendment is to provide responses to questions submitted by prospective contractors, torevise the Performance Work Statement, to revise the Past Performance Questionnaire’s due date/time, and to extend the RFQ due date/time. See attachments for more details.
