1. Introduction
The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) is seeking information from interested parties and potential vendors regarding the development of an Interactive LNG Training Platform. The interactive, virtual LNG plant training platform should allow users to perform virtual plant walkdowns, review piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and visualize process flows through the internal components of critical machinery (e.g., valves, vessels, pumps, compressors).
This RFI is intended for market research purposes only and supports ongoing agency acquisition planning aligned with modern federal procurement principles.

PHMSA is committed to enhancing the safety and oversight of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) facilities. The objective of this project is to create a digital, high-fidelity, and interactive training environment that allows inspectors to simulate complex operational scenarios and safety inspections.
