This is a solicitation request under RFQ number W91QVP-26-Q-4002 for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract to provide Transportation with Driver Services in support of the Indo-Pacific Armies Management Seminar (IPAMS) 26.

Place of Performance: Auckland, New Zealand & Surrounding Areas

Period of Performance (POP): The period of performance is from 16 September 2026 to 26 
September 2026, with specific dates varying by vehicle type.
