This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number # 36C26026Q1001 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for the Boise VAMC Panic Alarm Hardware (Brand Name or Equal Lynx). The requirement is set-aside for SBA certified SDVOSB concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

• Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and f.o.b. point (see part 47).: See SECTIONS B.3, as well as Block 15 (1st page) of the RFQ document attached.

Brand name or equal requirement. If providing other than brand name, ensure adequate technical documentation is submitted with quote.

SDVOSB set-aside. Ensure your company completes and submits Certificate under C.6VAAR 852.219-76 VA  NOTICE OF LIMITATIONS ON SUBCONTRACTING – CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE FOR SUPPLIES AND PRODUCTS. This is a mandatory submittal.
