Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH) intends to award a contract in accordance with FAR 12.102(a), for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold and only one source reasonably available to Malu Productions, Inc. 

Malu Productions, Inc. is the only vendor authorized to perform Luau Entertainment at the Hale Koa Hotel, which is where the Luau is required to be held. 

THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES and no solicitation will be issued; however, any small-business firm that believes it can meet the requirement may give written notice to the Contracting Officer in the form of a capability statement. Supporting evidence in sufficient detail that demonstrates the ability to comply with the requirement listed must be furnished to the point of contact listed below by 22 May 2026 at 12:00pm HST.
