Marine Coaching services

The Department of Transportation (DOT), Maritime Administration (MARAD), is conducting a market research for Marine Coaching Services to support the Kings Point Waterfront Program at the United States Merchant Academy (USMMA). This is a Sources Sought notice for market research purpses only. This notice is not a request for proposals or quotes; the Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this request.

Please review the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and RFI questinnaires. Interested vendors should submit their responses, including a capability statement, to durba.ray@dot.gov and brian.wiley.ctr@dot.gov no later than Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at 2:00PM EDT.
