The United States Embassy in Kingston, Jamaica invites quotations from authorized dealers of vehicles for the supply and delivery of a 2026/2027, 5-Door, Right Hand Drive, SUV that meets the following minimum specifications:

• 2.8L Turbo Diesel engine (2755 cc)
• Four-wheel Drive
• 18-inch alloy wheels
• 8-speed automatic transmission
• Fuel: Diesel
• Leather: Seats, Shift Knobs, and Steering Wheel
• Seating capacity: 7
• trunk space to facilitate large tools/equipment (ladders, probes, etc.)
• Air Bags: 8
• Air Condition
• Anti‑Theft Immobilizer & Alarm
• Anti‑Lock Braking System (ABS)
• Electronic Parking brake + hold button
• Reverse Camera
• Blind spot monitor
• Multi-terrain select and crawl control
• Advanced safety suite including lane departure alert, pre-collision system, automatic high beam, adaptive cruise control Adaptive Cruise Control
• Spare Wheel
• Roof Rails & Side Steps
• Retractable Door and Mirrors
• Front and rear proximity sensors
• Able to fit grille guards      
• Auto High Beam
• Auto LED headlamps & LED Fog lamps
• Hill start assist
• Traction Controls
• Color preferences: Grey, White or Black

Responses must include a compliance checklist that shows where quoted vehicle specifications equal or exceed the minimum required specifications. 

Quotations should be sent in USD excluding duties and taxes and must include supply availability, delivery time, warranty information, detailed product literature, statement of service support and availability of spares from the locally authorized dealer.

The Embassy will not arrange customs clearance for the vehicle purchased from the successful vendor or to independently pay any associated customs duties. Consequently, any services, clearances or shipping charges and arrangements which are required to deliver the vehicle to the Embassy at 30 Monroe Road, Kingston, Jamaica must be costed and guaranteed as part of a vendor’s quotation. Any quotation that declines to offer (and cost as appropriate) any such services cannot be judged technically acceptable.

All firms that respond to this request for quotation must at the time of submitting their quotations must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM).
