CERL Grounds Maintenance

The ERDC DPW intends to establish a standalone contract for Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL) Grounds Maintenance at the Champaign, IL campus. These services will be acquired using performance-based methods. Specific tasks to be performed will include mowing, grass trimming, weed removal, debris and clippings removal, leaf pickup and removal, snow and ice removal, and melting material application.
