The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10, is soliciting quotes from all sources to supply the Chalmers P. Wylie VA Ambulatory Care Center with Video Nystagmography for their Audiology Department. The VA feels only Natus Sensory (OEM) and their Authorized distributors, Veterans Healthcare Supply Solutions and Walker & Marshall Management Services LLC, can provide this requirement. Respondents to this solicitation must fully demonstrate their capability by supplying detailed quote information, along with any other documents necessary to support the requirements below.

2. Contract Title. Video nystagmography
3. Background. This acquisition of the Video nystagmography ICS Dizcovery is an upgrade for the end-of-life replacement for Audiology s current equipment.
4. Scope. Video nystagmography ICS Dizcovery is an advanced, portable VNG system from Natus Sensory used to diagnose dizziness, vertigo, and balance disorders. It uses plug-and-play USB goggles with Freedom Laser Technology to track eye movements (nystagmus) without needing external, fixed light bars. The ICS Dizcovery combines VNG, video head impulse testing (vHIT), and caloric testing in a single software platform (Otosuite Vestibular)
5. Specific Tasks.
Delivery and installation in the designated audiology testing area
Integration with existing computer system
Calibration and performance verification
Staff training (if required)
6. Performance Monitoring. The Natus Sensory ICS Dizcovery will be inspected by HTM department upon arrival to the facility. Contractor will provide a field service report upon completion of the work to HTM

All quoters shall submit the following: A completed schedule with pricing, adequate documentation detailing the capabilities of the product.

Award will be based upon a comparative evaluation of quotes in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR 13. Comparative evaluation is the side by side pairwise comparison of quotes based on factors resulting in a Contracting Officer decision for the quote most favorable to the Government.
The award will be made to the response most advantageous to the Government.
Responses should contain your best terms and conditions.
To facilitate the award process, all quotes must include a statement regarding the terms and conditions herein as follows:
