SCOPE: Repair B6413 Second Floor Secure Space – This project is to construct and build out a second-floor expansion within B6413 Hangar, Barksdale AFB, Louisiana. Utilizing the structural floor plate, elevator, stairwells, and utility stub-ups planned in the initial 14,000 sq. ft. first-floor SCIF/SAP-F conversion, this second-phase project will fully build out the upper level. The scope involves the demolition of any remaining interior overhead obstructions (such as the upper portion of the existing CMU storage room) to clear the hangar volume.

Target Price Range (TPR): Target Price Range (TPR): Target Price Range (TPR): The Government has established a Target Price Range (TPR) for construction between $6,146,595.02 (the estimated Construction Budget) and $6,385,000.00 (the strict CCL / CWE limit), within a total Programmed Amount (PA) of $13,500,000.00.
