The Department of Veteran Affairs is pleased to announce an upcoming in-person Industry Day for Loan Servicing and Real Estate Owned (REO). The purpose of this event is to provide industry partners with information regarding the program, gather feedback, and foster open communication between the government and industry.

Who Should Attend:
All interested parties registered in SAM.gov. Attendance at this event is not mandatory however pre-approval is required to attend the event. Represented firms may register up to two (2) attendees. Additionally, vendors may sign up for a 10-minute reverse industry day briefing slot. 

Registration Instructions:
Interested parties must register by completing the attached form and emailing it to the following personnel: Won.Chae@va.gov; Shawn.Johnson6@va.gov; Roxana.cepeda@va.gov. Attendance at this event is not mandatory. Represented firms may register up to two (2) attendees. A limited number of reverse industry day slots are available. Please indicate your interest in a reverse industry day slot on your registration. These slots are first come first serve. Please note that by completing this form you are not guaranteed a seat at the event. **Registration will close on 7 August 2026 at 12pm, or when max capacity (90 attendees) is reached, whichever comes first.**  An email confirmation will be sent on 7 August 2026 with arrival instructions. Please do not plan to arrive before 8:15 am.
